Dr.Bushra Beegom RK. Is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology, University of Kerala. Before coming to Teaching profession, she was working in Kerala State Women's Commission as Research Officer. She received his Doctoral degree from the University of Kerala. Her fields of research interests are Sociology of human displacement, Resettlement and Rehabilitation, Women studies. She has published more than 25 research articles in journals and edited book 'Gender Responsive Sustainable Development'
