About Author

A. Thyagraj, Asst. Professor, did his M.A., Political Science from Amaravati University and M.A. in Public Administration also, Ph.D is a former Member of IIPA Regional Branch, teaching the subject for last seventeen years. He has been pioneer in organizing seminars and symposias in his college. He has attended six national and two international level seminars and preented research papers, three and one in respective seminars. He has published his more than ten articles pertaining to changing nature of administration and foreign policies in changing perspective across the world.
